What if the most enduring lessons in leadership came not from the boardroom - but from a band that changed the world?

About the Book

In The Fab Four Pillars of Impact, Dan Absher explores how The Beatles - four distinct personalities united by vision, trust, and creative tension - offer a timeless model for organizational excellence.

Drawing on decades of leadership experience and a deep study of the band’s rise and eventual breakdown, Absher reframes excellence not as a performance outcome, but as a shared cultural identity. The book blends Beatles history, leadership insight, curated playlists, and reflection prompts to help leaders build teams that endure through change, challenge, and growth.
